CIO Networking event
CIO's and talent executives joined STEM Advantage Board members on December 1st for a fun evening of networking, dinner, fine wine, and gaming tables. Congratulations to the high rollers who won fabulous prizes. Our Scholars are the real winners as these executives represent current and prospective corporate partners who open doors for women and underserved students by providing paid internships and mentors.
Delphix was exclusive sponsor. Thank you David Best and Moe Nwankwo for supporting our program and funding STEM Advantage Scholarships!

Partner highlight: Cal State LA
Natalie, Dean Emily Allen, & Leanne
At Cal State LA, we partner with the College of Engineering, Computer Science and Technology (ECST). Dean Emily Allen and T. Fox share our focus on increasing the number of women and underserved students pursuing a STEM degree. Through innovative programs, such as employer-sponsored senior design projects and being one of only 15 invited schools participating in the Department of Energy-sponsored EcoCar3 competition, ECST provides students hands-on project experience to prepare them for a career.

STEM Advantage is honored to partner with and offer our program to STEM students attending California State University campuses at Dominguez Hills, Los Angeles and Northridge. Our goal "23 by 2023" is to offer our program at all 23 CSU campuses by 2023. The CSU grants more than half of all undergraduate degrees earned by California's Latino, African American and Native American students.
Thanks Cal State LA for partnering to build a diverse STEM talent pool!
