Since 2022, Melissa has been with Halma, a global diversified industrial manufacturer in the Safety, Environmental & Analysis, and Healthcare spaces, where she has held the roles of President, Cosasco in Santa Fe Springs, CA, and currently as President, Sensorex with manufacturing in Garden Grove, CA and the Czech Republic.
Before joining Halma, Melissa led the Industrial & Hazardous business at Barksdale Controls, a subsidiary of Crane Co., where she was responsible for the global strategy, growth, and profitability of an industrial pressure, temperature, and level instrumentation portfolio with manufacturing locations in Los Angeles, Germany, and China.
Previously, Melissa served as Director of Global Supply Chain for Crane Co., where she accelerated the company’s Strategic Sourcing initiatives and led international procurement teams across North America, China, India, and Mexico. During her tenure, she also established a new regional sourcing team to strengthen global supplier capabilities.
Prior to Crane, Melissa was Procurement Director for Meggitt Equipment Group, a $600M multinational segment of Meggitt PLC, where she led global sourcing activities. Earlier in her career, she held roles of increasing responsibility at Danaher Corporation, culminating in her position as Supply Chain Director for the Pacific Scientific Group. Melissa is also a graduate of Eaton Corporation’s Leadership Development Program, completing assignments in Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain/ERP integration, Business Development, and Operations Management.
Melissa is married with two children, Sophia and Isaac, who are 12 and 11 years old. They live in West LA.
