Dr Lynda Murray-Thomas is the Sr. Director of Global Quality Engineering and Change Management at NBCUniversal Parks & Resorts. During her 10 year tenure at Universal, she previously served as Director of Digital Delivery and Program Management and PMO Manager. She earned a BA in East Asian Area Studies from USC. In addition, she earned her MBA in Information Systems Managements at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, and a Doctor of Education at California State University, Long Beach.
