Melanie is Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer at TKO. Previously, Melanie held positions as Executive Vice President & CIO at Endeavor, Vice President – Enterprise Systems & Development at WestRock, and Senior Vice President – Corporate IT at Sony Pictures Entertainment.
With almost 20 years of leadership experience, Melanie has led complex IT and business transformation initiatives, global enterprise implementations and innovative strategic programs by leveraging a combination of consulting and industry expertise in Media and Entertainment, Paper and Packaging, Oil and Gas, Utilities, and Telecommunications.
Melanie is a strong advocate for inclusion. She serves as an Advisory Board Member (she was previously on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Fundraising chair) and Mentor for STEM Advantage, a program that helps first-generation, low-income, and underserved college students prepare for STEM careers through career support, mentorship, and scholarships. She previously served as the Executive Sponsor for Sony Pictures Entertainment’s Women in Technology (WiT) enterprise business resource group.
