 Your time as a STEM Advantage mentor or volunteer supporting our career workshops and panels may be worth more than you think. Many employers offer volunteer grant programs that convert your hours into real dollars for our students — some matching up to $25 or more per hour volunteered. It only takes a few minutes to find out if your company participates, and the difference it makes for first-generation STEM students is enormous.

How It Works

  1. You volunteer your time with STEM Advantage
  2. Search for your employer using the tool below to check your eligibility
  3. You receive a direct link to your employer’s portal to submit a grant request
  4. Your company verifies your hours and sends a grant directly to STEM Advantage
