Prior to joining United Talent Agency, Charles was Head of Technology for the LA Clippers, where he concentrated on eliminating tech debt and reliance on outdated technologies to minimize operational risk. Charles utilized his diverse background in the IT industry to redefine the NBA standards. Leading with the motto “Break it early so we can fix it fast”, he brought the Clippers to the forefront of the NBA by being the first team hosted on Microsoft Cloud and served as the NBA’s Cloud Advisory bringing other teams to the cloud.
