Christina is a people strategist, operator, and entrepreneur whose career has centered on helping organizations grow with intention, clarity, and strong cultures that perform.
She is the Co-Founder and Vice President of AMERIGEPARK, a construction firm focused on building private estates and experience-driven hospitality environments. In her role, Christina leads the company’s operational infrastructure, people strategy, and client experience approach, helping translate design vision into disciplined, end-to-end execution.
Christina also serves as Board Chair of Fem the Future, the nonprofit founded by Janelle Monáe that supports emerging creatives through access, mentorship, and career-building opportunities across the arts, music, and technology.
Before transitioning into entrepreneurship, Christina built a global career in Human Resources and People & Culture leadership. She held senior leadership roles across media, tech, healthcare, and startup environments, including serving as Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging at Reddit and Head of Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion at MRC (formerly Valence Media). She has also led both operational and HR functions as a Chief Operating Officer within the healthcare sector.
With nearly 20 years of global experience spanning the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, Christina is known for building thoughtful people strategies, strengthening organizational infrastructure, and helping leaders unlock the full potential of their teams. She continues to serve as a trusted advisor and partner to organizations navigating growth and transformation.
Christina approaches her work with the belief that meaningful progress happens when people feel seen, valued, and empowered to contribute.
Outside of her professional life, Christina enjoys Pilates, spending time with her two daughters, and continuing to explore her love of music.
