
Program Associate | Career Programs
Christy Quiogue is a Program Associate for Career Programs, working directly with STEM Advantage Scholars to support career readiness and internship attainment. With experience in intersecting higher education and the tech industry, she has led workforce and tech talent development programs helping students build professional skills, expand their networks, and successfully transition from education to employment.
Christy is a first-generation college graduate, the oldest daughter of Filipino immigrants and was born and raised in Southeast San Diego. She earned both her B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Student Affairs from SDSU. She has held positions that empower students to thrive on campus and in their careers, such as CSUSM Student Leadership Coordinator, UCSD Career Counselor and SDSU Cross Cultural Center Director. Prior to joining STEM Advantage, Christy worked at Tech San Diego, connecting students with tech companies throughout the San Diego region.
