Erica Tinsley began her career in Information Technology at the Aerospace Corporation where she is an End User Computing Specialist responsible for supporting the IT infrastructure and operations. Prior to joining Aerospace, Erica interned at DirecTV and Hispanic Scholarship Fund where she gained experience in IT Project Management and Data Analytics. Erica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology from California State University, Dominguez Hills, where she researched Cyber Security threats and vulnerabilities and identified countermeasures to this critical issue. In addition to Erica’s interest in Cyber Security and technology, she is also experienced in Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution. Erica’s goal is to further her education and become a leader in technology in innovation.
