Melissa is Manager of Talent Acquisition for DIRECTV/AT&T, where she manages the company’s national campus recruiting and internship program. During her tenure at DIRECTV (now a subsidiary of AT&T), Melissa has grown DIRECTV’s on-campus brand, which is now recognized as a technology employer of choice, and has successfully hired over 130 Engineering interns over a two-year period. Previously, Melissa held recruiting positions at companies at legal firms Latham & Watkins and O’Melveny & Myers, where she recruited interns and full-time attorneys, and Syndicatebleu, a digital agency working with corporate, advertising, and studio clients to find top interactive talent, including digital Art Directors, UX Designers, Web Designers and Project Managers. Melissa holds degrees in Communications and Art History from the University of Southern California.
