Artificial Intelligence is transforming how students learn, problem-solve, and prepare for their careers. At the same time, organizations are navigating economic uncertainty while trying to balance cost reduction with innovation and growth-prompting many to rethink how they hire and train talent.
Our panel will explore how Al is affecting both new graduates and employers. As companies reskill and upskill their current workforce for Al, are they ready to welcome Al-fluent graduates, or preparing for a smaller early career workforce? And as students increasingly turn to Al for homework and projects, what is the impact on their ability to think independently, solve problems creatively, and collaborate effectively? We’ll also share practical insights and examples of collaboration to help students and employers adapt together-building a more inclusive, future-ready workforce.
